Thank you for shopping with Silver Bells! All of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Production Time

Because every Silver Bells item is custom-produced just for you, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. This production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

Standard (Domestic US): 3–5 business days after shipment
Express (Domestic US): 1–3 business days after shipment
International: 10–20 business days after shipment (varies by country)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing for international orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be charged upon delivery. Silver Bells is not responsible for these charges and has no control over them.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sedeckjean@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue.
