Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Silver Bells. Because all of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printful (a print-on-demand service), each item is custom-produced specifically for you at the time of your order. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Defective or Misprinted Items

We stand behind the quality of every item. If you receive a product that is defective, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at sedeckjean@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the defective or misprinted item
• A description of the issue

We will work with Printful to arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund for qualifying claims. Items that are lost in transit are also eligible for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because every Silver Bells item is made specifically for you, the following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Items ordered in the wrong size (please refer to our size charts before ordering)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without prior authorization
• Sale items or gift cards

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will notify you and process a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
